When applying for a specific job vacancy, you may be asked to provide details required by the prospective employer, including:

- Passport status (ECNR, ECR, or application status)
- Age and state of residence
- Relevant trade experience, qualifications, and employment history
3. Temporary Processing & Zero Permanent Retention
Strict Applicant Data Safeguard:
Your submitted application details are held temporarily in encrypted session memory strictly for the purpose of verifying payment and dispatching your profile to the designated employer recruitment desk.
Once your application delivery is confirmed, your personal information is cleared from active session memory. We do not maintain permanent applicant profiles, public resume databases, or application-history tracking databases.
4. How We Share Information with Employers
The details you provide in an application form are transmitted directly to the prospective overseas employer or authorized recruitment partner handling that specific job vacancy. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third-party marketing companies.
5. Subscription & Payment Processing
Payments for the Pardesi Pass Try Now access and recurring subscription are securely handled by our certified payment gateway partner, Cashfree.
Card numbers, UPI PINs, and banking credentials are entered directly into the payment gateway's encrypted interfaces and are never seen or stored on Pardesi's servers. We retain only non-personal transaction IDs and application delivery reference codes for billing audit purposes.

We implement industry-standard encryption, SSL/TLS transmission protocols, and restricted server environments to protect data in transit.
