1. Description and Scope of Service

Pardesi operates an overseas employment discovery and application access platform intended for Indian job seekers. The platform displays available vacancies sourced from foreign employers and provides digital application submission forms for users seeking blue-collar, technical, and hospitality opportunities overseas.

2. User Eligibility & Accuracy of Information

You must be at least 18 years of age and an Indian citizen holding or eligible for an Indian passport to apply through Pardesi. You agree to submit truthful, accurate, and current information. Submitting falsified documents, fake names, or fraudulent credentials will result in immediate disqualification and termination of access.

3. Vacancy Details & Employer Requirements

Each job listing published on Pardesi outlines specific criteria including destination, minimum education (such as 10th or 12th Pass), experience level, and language proficiency. Users are responsible for reviewing individual vacancy criteria prior to submitting an application.

4. Independent Third-Party Employers

Pardesi facilitates application forwarding to prospective overseas employers. Employers operate as independent third-party entities. Pardesi is not an employer, immigration consultant, or diplomatic mission and does not participate in employer hiring panels.

5. No Guarantee of Employment or Visas

Pardesi does not guarantee job placement, interview calls, selection, work permits, or visa issuance.

All hiring determinations, candidate evaluations, salary offers, medical fitness standards, and visa approvals rest solely with the prospective employer and the immigration authorities of the destination country.

6. Pardesi Pass Membership & Access Terms

The Pardesi Pass provides continuous access to unlock and submit unlimited job application forms across all active vacancies published on the platform, direct profile forwarding to employer recruitment desks, and real-time status notifications.

7. Try Now & Recurring Subscription Pricing

New users may choose Try Now for Pardesi Pass for ₹3 for 7 days. Unless cancelled before the 7 days conclude, the membership will automatically continue at the standard recurring rate of ₹257 per month.

8. Automatic Recurring Payments Schedule

When authorizing Try Now for ₹3, you set up a recurring payment mandate through your UPI app or payment method. The first recurring charge of ₹257 will occur exactly 7 days after initial authorization. Subsequent recurring charges will take place on the same date every month.

9. How to Cancel Your Membership

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time without penalty. You can revoke your payment mandate directly inside your UPI payment application (such as Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm) under the "Mandates / Automatic Payments" section, or email our support desk at help@pardesi.com with your reference code. Upon cancellation, no further monthly charges will be debited.

10. Refund Policy

The initial Try Now fee of ₹3 is non-refundable once authorized and access to application forms is granted. Recurring monthly fees of ₹257 are non-refundable for partially used billing cycles; however, cancelling your mandate prevents all future renewals. If you believe you were charged in error after a verified cancellation request, contact support for resolution.

11. Privacy and Ephemeral Application Data Handling

Your application data is processed ephemerally and forwarded directly to prospective employers. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, applicant resumes and sensitive government IDs are not permanently stored in a centralized database or sold to data brokers.

12. Third-Party Payment Services

All payment transactions and mandates are processed securely via RBI-authorized payment aggregators (such as Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd.). Pardesi does not store or process debit card CVVs or bank PINs on its servers.

13. Prohibited Activities & Platform Abuse

Users are strictly prohibited from scraping platform content, attempting unauthorized access to server infrastructure, impersonating recruitment officials, or submitting commercial solicitations through job forms. Violation will result in permanent banning and potential legal action.

14. Modifications to Terms

Pardesi reserves the right to modify these terms to reflect changes in regulatory requirements or platform features. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
